About this website

The website provides information about EMBESENSE products, custom development and research capabilities. It does not provide online ordering, payment or user accounts. Product configuration, intended use, availability, specifications and the regulatory route for a particular market are confirmed individually before supply. Access to the website is free. A browser capable of displaying HTML and CSS and an internet connection are sufficient. You can stop using the website at any time. Please do not send unlawful content. For technical issues or concerns about site content, email us with a description of the issue; we will respond by email.

Privacy when you contact us

Controller. EMBESENSE sp. z o.o. at the address above is responsible for personal data received in enquiries. Contact us at contact@embesense.com about privacy matters.

Data and purpose. We process the information you choose to send, such as your name, business contact details, organisation and the content of your enquiry, to respond and manage related business correspondence. Providing this information is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to reply. Please do not include patient records, health data or other sensitive personal data in an initial enquiry.

Legal basis. For ordinary business enquiries, our legitimate interest in responding and conducting business correspondence is the basis under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where an individual asks us to take steps toward a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply. We do not treat sending an email as consent to marketing.

Recipients and retention. Email and hosting providers may process data for us; information may also be disclosed where required by law. We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle the enquiry and related business relationship, and longer only where a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims requires it. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling for enquiries.

Your rights. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Contact us at the email above to exercise your rights.

International transfers. The locations of hosting and email providers and any transfers outside the European Economic Area depend on the services used in deployment. Contact us for information on any such transfer and the applicable safeguards.

This version of the website does not include analytics, advertising scripts or code that sets cookies. A hosting provider may process technical connection data, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log retention depends on the hosting configuration and is limited to what is needed for operation and security. If deployment introduces additional technologies or processing, we will update this notice before they are used.
